Multimedia Artist Intern

We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Artist Intern to join our team on a project-based, hybrid arrangement. You will be responsible for transforming our company's internal processes, policies, and training materials into dynamic, easy-to-understand, and engaging video content.

The Multimedia Intern will work closely with our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Talent Acquisition team to design, storyboard, produce, and edit high-quality instructional videos. The primary goal is to create compelling visual learning aids that enhance employee comprehension, retention, and application of company processes and procedures.

1. Content Development & Planning:

• Collaborate with SMEs to understand internal processes, policies, and learning objectives.
• Develop engaging video scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts that simplify complex information into digestible e-learning modules.

2. Video Production & Editing:

• Create various video formats, including screencasts, animated explainers, live-action demos, and informational videos.
• Record, edit, and enhance video footage, including visual effects, motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions.
• Manage end-to-end video production, from raw footage/concept to final polished output.
• Source, record, and edit high-quality audio narration, music, and sound effects.

3. Quality Assurance & Delivery:

• Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines, legal compliance, and instructional design best practices.
• Optimize video files for various learning platforms (KMS, internal communication channels).
• Organize and maintain a digital library of all project assets, raw files, and final videos.

Qualifications:

• Must be taking Multimedia Arts or any related field.
• Open to a hybrid work arrangement (twice a month onsite)
• Must have a personal laptop and required tools.
