DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for the following:
- Enhancing our brand presence through high-quality visual content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Strengthening employee engagement by creating internal materials such as event visuals, team-building graphics, and company culture videos.
- Supporting the Operations team with internal campaigns, event promotions, and visual communications.

What you'll do:
- Leveraging on AI-powered platforms for graphic design (such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva AI), automating video editing with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and utilizing AI-driven content generators for creating visual assets and animations. These enhancements aim to boost creativity, streamline workflows, and ensure our team remains at the forefront of digital media innovation.
- Design & Animate Create visually compelling graphics, videos, and motion graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay Trendy Keep an eye on internet culture, design trends, and social media algorithms to create content that's timely, engaging, and viral-ready.
- Collaborate & Innovate Work with our Creative Lead and Content Strategist to bring fresh ideas to life.
- Adapt & Optimize Adjust creatives for different platforms while keeping our brand's look sharp and consistent.
- Engage Employees Create internal content that boosts team engagement, including event visuals, team-building materials, and company culture videos.
- Work with Operations Partner closely with the Operations Team to support internal initiatives, events, and campaigns that keep our teams connected.
What we're looking for:
- A strong eye for multimedia design (graphics, videos, motion graphics).
- Fluent in internet culture you get memes, trends, and what makes content pop.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- A portfolio that makes us go WOW show us your best work!
- Bonus: Experience in social media content creation, branding, or UI/UX design.
QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content creation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, motion graphics, and social media content.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, operations, and internal teams to create engaging visual materials.
- Prior work in a fast-paced, remote, or agency environment is a plus.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS:
- Proficient knowledge in design software/apps such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of creating effective design executions.
- Proficiency in time management ability to effectively allocate and prioritize tasks within a given timeline.
- Basic motion graphic knowledge and video editing is required.
