How you'll make an impact

We're launching a women's consumer brand in the Philippines, reinventing the form factor of everyday supplements into something visual, shareable, and built for video-first commerce. This is a craft role: your job is to make the brand look and feel like reference brands such as Sunnies Face, SOLÁ, Lemme, and Hiraya Pilipina, applied to a Filipina wellness audience across social and e-commerce. AI is a plus, not a requirement, what matters is taste, speed, and hands.

Role Overview:

• Own the brand's visual craft across social and e-commerce, making it look and feel on par with top PH DTC brands.
• Sit within a small launch team with a direct line to the founder.
• Balance design and video editing; portfolio evidence required in both.
• Work hybrid from Metro Manila, with one in-office day per week (BGC or Makati).
• Full-time from day one, or a paid 20 hrs/week bridge if transitioning from a current role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social-first design across TikTok, Reels covers, Stories, carousels, and recurring brand formats.
• Short-form video edits for organic, paid, UGC, product education, and launch content.
• E-commerce creative for TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and the brand site.
• Reusable templates and systems so the team can move fast without breaking brand.
• Light art direction on shoots: moodboards, reference frames, post-production.

Required Experience:

• Portfolio link in both design and edit — both required.
• Strong visual fundamentals: composition, typography, color, hierarchy.
• Strong short-form editing instincts: hooks, pacing, captions, sound, mobile framing.
• PH social commerce fluency; you know what performs on TikTok Shop and Shopee here.
• Speed and iteration; able to produce many variations without dropping quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Consumer brand experience: supplements, beauty, wellness, food/beverage, or FMCG.
• TikTok Shop PH, Shopee, or Lazada creative experience.
• Photography, motion graphics, animation, or basic 3D.
• AI tools used to accelerate design or edit workflows.
• Startup, DTC, agency, or performance-marketing background.

• Comfort working directly with a founder in a fast-moving, pre-launch environment.
• Reliability and speed — able to turn around many variations without breaking quality or brand consistency.

What's Not a Good Fit

This role may not be suited for candidates who:

• Prefer ideation-only work without hands-on design or editing execution.
• Uncomfortable with rapid iteration or high creative volume.
• Cannot commit to at least one in-office day per week in Metro Manila.

Schedule & Location Setup

Location: Metro Manila — Hybrid, with one in-office day per week in BGC or Makati (varies by week).

Schedule: Philippine Time (PHT): Monday–Friday, standard daytime business hours (exact hours to be confirmed directly with the founder).

Contract Type: Full-time from day one, or a paid 20 hrs/week bridge engagement for candidates not yet ready to leave a current role (typical conversion to full-time within 2–3 months).
