Multimedia Artist

Job description:

The Multimedia Artist is responsible for preparing a variety of skilled graphic/video design and layout work for various outputs and collateral using various production techniques which include computer graphic systems, software, and applications.

• Receives and analyzes requirements from the client and applies the techniques, tools and principles of design to various media.
• Designs and creates various output to meet client requirements
• Creates templates for technical documents/manuals, proposals, white papers, case studies, and corporate stationery.
• Creates newsletter, visual simulations, layout designs, and other corporate media, subject to Supervisor's review, to be able to attain marketing goals.
• Audits all output to ensure that the corporate branding guidelines are met.
• Works with all department representatives to compile specifications.
• Deploys design direction and updates to relevant teams within the Department (e.g., Proposals, ESG SR team, HR, etc.) for seamless flow of project delivery.
• Meets project deadlines, milestones, and goals, as set by the Client, Creative Team, and/or Project Managers for business continuity.
• Establishes and implements a development plan for team members that may include training and coaching, and other development strategies.
• Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations
• Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Multimedia, Advertising, IT, or other related courses.
• At least 2 years of relevant and related experience in Graphics and Multimedia
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with video editing skills using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• 3D modeling and knowledge of CSS, HTML, Web Design, or WordPress are an advantage
