Overview
The Multimedia & Design Specialist is responsible for designing and producing high-quality online and offline creative assets for AMCO Solutions. As part of the Department Support Team, the role requires strong proficiency across multiple media platforms, including graphic design, video, animation, and basic web design.
This position plays a central role in supporting global marketing, sales, and employer branding initiatives by delivering engaging, brand-aligned creative content that supports AMCO's business objectives.
Job Description
As a Multimedia & Design Specialist at AMCO, you will contribute to the development of visual concepts and creative studies for graphics, video, animation, and web, ensuring full alignment with the AMCO brand. You will collaborate with colleagues across regions, functions, and business units, supporting campaigns, programs, and initiatives driven by the Marketing team.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Regional leaders, and other business units to produce impactful content. With the growing importance of video content, creating and editing videos will be a key part of the role.
A core responsibility of this position is handling daily design requests from across the organization. In this central and highly visible role, you will also provide guidance on design approaches and brand best practices.
Responsibilities of the Multimedia & Design Specialist include:
- Create and update corporate creative content, including:
- Graphics: brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, presentation templates, advertisements, white papers, and other graphic materials
- Video & animation: corporate presentations, advertisements, and other video or animation content
- Web: web pages and landing pages
- Collaterals: business cards, ID cards, roll-up banners, and similar materials
- Templates: templates for PowerPoint, Word, emails, and newsletters
- Ensure visual consistency across all projects while adhering to AMCO's brand guidelines
- Conduct ongoing research and testing of new tools and platforms for content creation
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, expectations, and objectives
- Collaborate closely with members of the Marketing Team on campaigns, projects, and initiatives
- In collaboration with the Marketing Team, maintain the company website and LinkedIn page, and support internal communications via Teams, Zoom, and email
- Work closely with the Senior Multimedia Designer, receiving ongoing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to further develop creative, technical, and brand-related skills, and to ensure all outputs align with AMCO's design standards and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
- Highly proficient in content production (images, infographics, motion graphics, videos, and animations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Experience in WordPress
- Knowledge in CSS, HTML, and web applications is a plus
- Has excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Able to handle multiple projects at once and deliver each project on time (multitasking and effective prioritization of deliverables are key attributes)
- Detail-oriented and set high standards for quality
- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and engage with people across all levels of the organization
- Can work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience from working in a B2B oriented company is an advantage
- Willing to work Central European hours (2 pm to 11 pm / 3 pm to 12 midnight)
