About The Role
We're looking for a creative and energetic
Multimedia & Social Media Specialist to join the Hardin Bar team. You'll be responsible for capturing on-site photo and video content, editing short-form clips for social media, and creating engaging visuals that highlight the bar's events, nightlife, and culture.
Responsibilities
- Capture daily content (photo and video) during bar operations and events
- Edit content into social mediaready formats (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
- Manage posting schedule and maintain brand consistency
- Coordinate with management on marketing campaigns and promotions
Qualifications
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva
- Creative eye for storytelling and visual presentation
- Must be comfortable working in a nightlife environment
- Strong sense of initiative and reliability
Compensation
28,000 35,000 per month
