Multilingual Renewal Manager Various Levels

Location: Multiple (EMEA, Americas, APAC)

Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Multilingual Renewal Managers to drive subscription renewals across our customer and distributor portfolios. This role ensures timely renewals, strong commercial execution, and high customer satisfaction while protecting and growing recurring revenue. Opportunities are available at multiple levels:

  • Distributor Renewal Manager: Focus on high-volume, low-touch renewals via distributor partners.
  • Renewal Sales Manager: Own end-to-end customer renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and manage pipelines.
  • Strategic Renewal Manager: Lead renewals for high-value accounts, orchestrate complex deals, and manage executive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute renewals efficiently, ensuring volume, speed, and commercial discipline
  • Engage customers or distributors early to identify risks and remove renewal barriers
  • Maintain pricing and discount governance
  • Build and execute renewal plans (multi-quarter for strategic accounts)
  • Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Product teams
  • Track metrics, manage pipelines, and provide operational visibility

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English plus at least one additional language relevant to your region/customer portfolio. Examples include:
  • EMEA: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew, Arabic, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Russian, Turkish, CEE languages
  • Americas: Spanish, Portuguese, French
  • APAC: Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia

Ideal Profile:

  • 2+ years experience in SaaS, subscription renewals, channel operations, or B2B inside sales (4+ years for Strategic level)
  • Strong negotiation and commercial judgment
  • Comfortable managing high-volume or complex multi-stakeholder renewals
  • Analytical, process-driven, and data-oriented
  • Confident in customer/distributor communication and objection handling
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, or similar CRM tools
