Multilingual CSR ( THAI & CANTONESE

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Cantonese-speaking and Thai-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing multilingual team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent support through phone, email, and chat channels while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide customer support in Cantonese or Thai and English.
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and product information.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools.
• Meet attendance, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Build customer trust and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Cantonese or Thai and English.
• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Call center or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working on a shifting schedule.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
• Can start immediately.
