Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the operations and business performance of multiple branches under a Japanese casual dining brand. The role will manage approximately
5–6 stores, ensuring strong sales performance, operational efficiency, profitability, food quality, and consistent customer experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of 5–6 restaurant branches.
- Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor store P&L, food cost, labor cost, inventory, sales, and other key performance indicators.
- Ensure consistent execution of Japanese casual dining standards, service procedures, and brand policies.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and restaurant leadership teams.
- Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and improvement plans.
- Ensure proper manpower planning, scheduling, deployment, and productivity.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, food safety, and customer service.
- Coordinate with HR, Training, QA, Supply Chain, and other support functions.
- Develop strong restaurant leaders and maintain a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of restaurant operations experience, with multi-unit management experience.
- Background in Japanese casual dining, casual dining, QSR, or high-volume restaurant operations preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple branches and Store Managers.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant P&L, food cost, labor cost, inventory, and sales management.
- Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City and travel between branches as required.
