Job Description

• Vocational Diploma or Technical Certificate is standard.

• Electrical Technology

• HVAC/Refrigeration (RAC)
• Industrial Technology
• Certifications: Most employers require or strongly prefer a TESDA NC II (National Certificate Level 2) in specific trades like:
• Electrical Installation & Maintenance (EIM)
• Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC)
  
  

Technical Skills: You must be multi-skilled, meaning you can handle at least three of the following:

• Electrical: Troubleshooting wiring, lighting, and basic circuitry.
• Mechanical: Operating generators, pumps, and motors.
• Plumbing: Repairing leaks, clogs, and water systems.
• HVAC: Maintaining and cleaning air-conditioning units (split-type, window, or VRF).
• Civil Works: Basic painting, carpentry, and masonry.
