NCII Certificate required
At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance
Has strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment
Leadership and management experience

Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
Can start ASAP
