What this job involves:
This position serves as Multi-skilled Technician responsible for monitoring, inspection and minor repair of facility while managing day-to-day facilities operations by maintaining world-class working environment to create wonderful workplace experience for employees. You will apply multi-trade skills including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and carpentry while attending to general employee request, set-up, minor repair, AC adjustment, etc. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards, identifying, planning, and reporting major areas needs for repair while assisting in special events within office and assisting with critical out-of-hours issues & participating as key team member in responses to emergency situations when necessary, and maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence in corporate real estate services through seamless multi-skilled technician coordination and regular sites walk through inspection, documentation of faults found, reporting of faults, recommendation to rectify faults, rectification, updating of status until closure of fault while having technical knowledge, experience, maturity of site maintenance deliverables and capability to produce/handwrite shop drawings.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Apply multi-trade skills including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and carpentry
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations by maintaining world-class working environment to create wonderful workplace experience for employees
- Attend to general employee request, set-up, minor repair, AC adjustment, etc.
- Inspect buildings to confirm safety standards while identifying, planning, and reporting major areas needs for repair
- Assist in special events within office
- Assist with critical out-of-hours issues & participate as key team member in responses to emergency situations when necessary
- Respond to service call and make determination if it can resolve locally after obtaining required parts and tools
- Coordinate repair with FM team and/or local contractor
- Conduct regular sites walk through inspection, documentation of faults found, reporting of faults, recommendation to rectify faults, rectification, updating of status until closure of fault
- Coordinate with Facilities Manager, fellow MSTs, coordinators, HK personnel, landlord personnel and vendors to ensure all tasks will run according to plan
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure world-class working environment
- Respond to all work orders in timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, making recommendations for conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are always maintained and provision of safe workplace
- Provide information and directions to vendors, facilities staff and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work, with minimal disruption
- Provide events support, meeting and conference facilities as required
- Perform other duties that may include but are not limited to equipment maintenance, landlord relations and management of building access passes.
Required Qualifications:
- Multi-trade skills including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and carpentry
- Experience in HVAC
- NCII Certification holder
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Email Management capabilities
- Ticketing System experience
- Capability to manage day-to-day facilities operations by maintaining world-class working environment
- Ability to attend to general employee request, set-up, minor repair, AC adjustment, etc.
- Understanding of inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards while identifying, planning, and reporting major areas needs for repair
- Experience assisting with critical out-of-hours issues & participating as key team member in responses to emergency situations
- Technical knowledge, experience, maturity of site maintenance deliverables and capability to produce/handwrite shop drawings
- Ability to conduct regular sites walk through inspection, documentation of faults found, reporting of faults, recommendation to rectify faults

Preferred Qualifications:
- Background with multi-trade skills including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and carpentry
- Advanced experience in HVAC systems
- Additional certifications beyond NCII
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with Email Management systems
- Background with various Ticketing Systems
- Understanding of managing day-to-day facilities operations by maintaining world-class working environment to create wonderful workplace experience
- Knowledge of attending to general employee request, set-up, minor repair, AC adjustment, etc.
