Job Description
The Facilities Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and operational tasks across building systems to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient workplace. This role requires a hands-on professional with expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Respond to facility-related service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure, identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Support office fit-outs, relocations, and reconfigurations (e.g., furniture moves, minor construction).
- Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) and energy efficiency tools.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and reports.
- Assist in emergency response and business continuity procedures.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or building services.
- With Valid TESDA NC II Certification
- Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar facilities or maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
