Regular
- Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the following building equipment and facilities:
i. Air-conditioning System
ii. Water and Sewerage System
iii. Drainage system
iv. Fire Protection and Fire Alarm System
v. Electrical System
- Handles unit owners/tenants complaints or assistance needed in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Coordinates with the Building/Facilities Manager or Building/Facilities Engineer for instructions
- All other related tasks as required
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Others or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
