Job Description
The Multi-Skilled/Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in commercial real estate properties to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
To assigned in different regions in PH.
Perform preventive maintenance on Electro-Mechanical systems, panels, switchgear, and distribution equipment Inspect and maintain lighting systems, including LED retrofits and emergency lighting Service and repair electrical motors, generators, and backup power systems
Maintain building automation and control systems
Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, and rooftop units Service and maintain air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment Clean and replace air filters, coils, and other system components Inspect and maintain ductwork, dampers, and air distribution systems Calibrate thermostats and building automation controls
Perform preventive maintenance on fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and fire suppression equipment Test and inspect fire pumps, standpipes, and hose systems Maintain emergency lighting and exit signs Service fire extinguishers and portable fire suppression equipment Inspect and test fire doors, dampers, and smoke barriers
Troubleshooting & Repairs Diagnose technical problems using testing equipment Repair or replace faulty components, parts, wiring, and fixtures Respond to emergency electro-mechanical issues and power outages
Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant experience in the filed
NC2 or NC3 certification
Willingness to travel a few times a week within the role's designated areas
