Mulesoft Developer

About the role: We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Developer to join our team and support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise integration solutions.

Work Location: Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid

Work Shift: Night Shift

Contract Duration: 3.6 years (extendable depending on performance and client needs)

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements, including data and integration requirements.
• Design and develop scalable integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Perform end-to-end implementation activities, from data gathering and requirements analysis through development, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Develop and maintain APIs, system integrations, and integration flows using Mule Runtime and Anypoint Studio.
• Work with stakeholders and technical teams to understand source and target systems, data structures, and integration requirements.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Support deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments.
• Provide Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) for existing MuleSoft applications and integrations.
• Monitor integrations and investigate production issues, failures, and performance concerns.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Handle enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvements to existing integrations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support documentation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and other technical stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions follow established development, security, integration, and coding standards.

Qualifications:

• Has a Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1 year of experience in MuleSoft development or AMS.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Anypoint Studio.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end MuleSoft implementation projects, from requirements/data gathering through go-live.
• Experience in Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) for MuleSoft applications.
• Strong understanding of API development, RESTful services, and system-to-system integrations.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, error handling, exception management, and API security.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving production integration issues.
• Ability to work with different data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Good understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, and release management processes.
