Job Description

Lead, manage, and develop a team responsible for top-tier MSME strategic accounts
Own and grow relationships across the top 10 key MSME clients, ensuring revenue retention and expansion
Develop and execute account growth strategies across retail, trade, government institutions, and emerging sectors (e.g., BPOs)
Identify and unlock upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio
Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine commercial strategy
Drive performance through clear KPIs, pipeline management, and regular business reviews

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in key account management or enterprise/MSME sales leadership
Strong track record managing high-value client portfolios and delivering revenue growth
Experience leading and developing high-performing sales or account management teams
Exposure to telecommunications, technology, or services industries is highly preferred
Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
