The Role
The ideal candidate will act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
What We're Looking For
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in MS Teams Telephony
- Must have experience in MSTeams Voice Solution Expert
- Must have experience in Sonus & Cisco SBC
- Must have experience in WxCC
- Experience with Direct Routing.
- Understanding of call flow and call transfer.
- Knowledge of SBC (Session Border Controller).
- Experience with Cisco SBC or Sonus SBC.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
- Experience with SfB (Skype for Business).
- Cisco IPT
- Understanding of call flow and call transfer.
- Knowledge of legacy Cisco Voice systems.
- Experience with Webex Calling.
- Experience with Webex Contact Center (CC)
- Enterprise IP Telephony, Microsoft Teams Infrastructure
