Job Description

Provide second-level technical support for network and systems-related issues.
Monitor and maintain the performance of managed services to ensure uptime and reliability.
Collaborate with the L1 support team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Perform routine system and network checks to identify potential issues and implement preventive solutions.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge-sharing purposes.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MS Engineer should have:

A strong background in network and system operations, with expertise in troubleshooting and maintenance.
Relevant certifications or training in networking, systems, or related technologies.
Proficiency in using monitoring tools and diagnostic software.
