As a Motorpool Staff, you will support the Motorpool Engineer in maintaining fleet management systems, ensuring timely preventive and corrective maintenance for vehicles and equipment, and processing motorpool-related payables. You will contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world by ensuring the reliability and safety of the transport and equipment assets that power our operations. You will work closely with the Motorpool Engineer, Admin Supervisor, and internal departments to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Technical Maintenance & Inspection: Assist in the prompt execution of Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) and conduct daily BEWAGON checks (Brakes, Lights, Oil, Water, Battery, Air, Gas, and Safety) to ensure vehicle efficiency.
• Personnel & Material Transport: Safely transport personnel, tools, equipment, and materials to designated destinations while strictly observing traffic rules and defensive driving practices.
• Administrative & Engineering Support: Assist in vehicle dispatching, monitoring daily activities, and processing Requests for Payment (RFPs) for all related motorpool transactions.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all OR/CR renewals are updated on schedule and comply with company safety rules, Integrated Management Systems (IMS) policies, and information confidentiality standards.

• Is Detail-Oriented: Has a strong attention to detail, especially regarding vehicle inspections and maintaining accurate logbooks for itineraries and odometer readings.
• Prioritizes Safety: Possesses a safety-first mindset, committed to practicing defensive driving and adhering to rigorous company safety protocols.
• Is a Team Player: Has the ability to motivate others and build a collaborative team environment within the administration department.
• Delivers Excellent Service: Committed to providing high-quality customer service to all internal departments relying on motorpool support.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• At least a graduate of a 6-month Vocational Course, preferably as an Automechanic.
• At least three (3) years of professional driving experience
• Experience in the repairs and maintenance of vehicles, generators, and similar equipment.

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Valid Driver's License
• Proficiency in vehicle condition monitoring and troubleshooting BEWAGON checks (Brakes, Light, Oil, Water, Battery, Air, Gas, Safety)
• Basic administrative skills for DTR encoding, payment processing, and safety documentation.
