About The Role
Grandspan Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Motorpool Dispatcher to join our dynamic team in Binangonan Rizal. As a Motorpool Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the efficient operation of our vehicle fleet. This full-time position is essential to ensuring our transportation services run smoothly and reliably.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating the daily dispatch and assignment of vehicles to meet operational requirements
- Monitoring and tracking vehicle locations, utilization, and maintenance schedules
- Communicating with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely responses to any issues or requests
- Maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of fleet management strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Providing support and guidance to the motorpool team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in a fleet management or motorpool dispatcher role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of fleet management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with any fleet management software system is acceptable for this position
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, as well as relevant safety regulations
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address unexpected situations
- Bachelor's degree is the minimum education level required for this role
