Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Motorcycle Mechanic based in Quezon City. Responsibilities include performing regular vehicle maintenance, diagnosing and repairing motorcycles, and ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. The mechanic will also engage with customers to provide updates, advice, and ensure high customer satisfaction with all service interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Vehicle Maintenance and motorcycle systems
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Bikes and their various components
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide high levels of Customer Service
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix mechanical issues
- Previous experience working as a motorcycle mechanic is highly preferred
- Relevant certifications in mechanical or automotive trades are a plus
