Position Title: Motorcycle/E-Bike Sales Specialist

Job Summary

  • The Motorcycle Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling motorcycles, electric motorcycles, scooters, and related products to customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing product recommendations, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell motorcycles, electric motorcycles, scooters, and related accessories.

Assist customers in selecting vehicles that match their needs, lifestyle, and budget.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test rides.

Explain vehicle specifications, features, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.

Generate sales leads through walk-in customers, referrals, social media, and field activities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely sales updates.

Prepare sales quotations, documentation, and vehicle delivery requirements.

Coordinate with financing partners, registration teams, and after-sales support departments.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibits, and promotional events.

  • Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

At least 12 years of experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or sales-related roles.

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with motorcycles, electric vehicles, or automotive products is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and attend sales events when required.

Results-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets.
