Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Perform rewinding of AC/DC motors and transformers.
- Dismantle, inspect, and remove damaged motor/transformer windings.
- Perform electrical/magnetic winding based on required specifications.
- Prepare and install coils, wires, insulation, and other winding materials.
- Conduct basic electrical testing such as continuity and insulation resistance testing.
- Assist in the assembly, repair, maintenance, and testing of motors and transformers.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure tools and equipment are properly handled.
- Follow company safety rules, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate.
- With experience in Motor Rewinding or Transformer Rewinding is an advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical/magnetic winding and motor repair.
- Willing to learn and perform hands-on technical work.
- Physically fit and capable of performing shop-related work.
- Willing to work overtime and on weekends when required.
- With good work attitude and willingness to follow instructions.
