Job Functions
- Verify, analyze, and investigate whether claims are covered by the policy.
- Ensure that all claims for inspection and evaluation are attended to within the specified turnaround time
(TAT) set forth by the company.
- Collaborate with Adjusters and Processors to minimize and prevent fraudulent claims.
- Prepare and submit necessary recommendations to ensure a fair settlement is rendered.
- Review outstanding claims and losses.
- Facilitate and assist in the pull-out of total loss units, ensuring all parts and accessories are intact.
- Communicate and negotiate with dealers, accredited shops, and clients regarding claim evaluations.
- Perform canvassing of parts.
- Handle client inquiries.
Job Requirements
- A graduate of any four-year course, willing to learn, and passionate about automotives.
- Possesses good problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in both Tagalog and English.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Adaptable and flexible to change.
