Overview
We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with strong creative and technical skills to develop engaging motion content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded designer who can handle both motion and static design needs, communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, and deliver high-quality outputs on time with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling motion graphics for social media organic posts, digital ads, web banners (animated & statics), and other marketing materials.
- Impressive design and layout static visual assets aligned with brand and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with Studio head and Client Success Managers to understand project objectives and translate them into creative executions.
- Participate in client calls when needed to present work or gather feedback.
- Manage day-to-day deliverables, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Adapt and revise content based on feedback while maintaining design integrity.
- Work collaboratively within the team, supporting other designers and contributing to a positive, solution-oriented culture.
- Stay updated with motion trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve creative output.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Strong skills in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design/motion tools as well as Canva, Figma or any other related Ai creative tools.
- Excellent sense of timing, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Amendable to work in the US time zone with minimal supervision.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to share ideas.
- A portfolio showcasing strong design and motion work
