About The Role
As a Resolution Specialist, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for distressed homeowners, offering guidance, support, and compassion during difficult times. You will also work closely with mortgage servicing departments to help facilitate successful resolutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Digital filing, document auditing, and financial analysis (attention to detail and math skills are essential)
- Providing exceptional customer support and consultation to homeowners, real estate agents, and attorneys
- Problem-solving complex distressed homeownership scenarios while achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
- Managing and organizing workflows in a fast-paced, technology-driven office environment
- Maintaining a positive, professional, and optimistic attitude while handling sensitive situations

What We're Looking For
- A college degree in a related or professional field is preferred, but not required for candidates with relevant experience
- 2-3 years of recent full-time, in-office experience with strong math, computer, and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain a real estate license (for compliance purposes only; no sales involved)
