About the Role

We are continuously building our talent pipeline for experienced Mortgage & Lending Specialists to support current and future opportunities across Australia's banking, mortgage, and financial services industry.

We welcome applications from professionals with experience in mortgage operations, settlements, broker support, customer service, credit support, credit analysis, loan processing, lending administration, and other mortgage-related functions.

Successful candidates may be considered for a variety of operational, customer-facing, and lending support roles depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

Mortgage & Lending Operations

  • Support various stages of the residential mortgage lifecycle, from application through settlement and post-settlement activities.
  • Process mortgage and lending transactions accurately and within agreed service levels.
  • Coordinate settlements, discharges, refinances, variations, and loan maintenance activities.
  • Review and verify loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Credit Support & Loan Administration

  • Assist with loan assessments and documentation.
  • Perform credit administration and lending support activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer and loan records.
  • Ensure documentation complies with lender requirements and internal policies.

Customer & Broker Support

  • Provide exceptional service to customers, brokers, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and other stakeholders.
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Provide timely updates on loan applications, settlements, and account enquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high standard of service.

Settlement & Post-Settlement

  • Coordinate residential property settlements using relevant settlement platforms.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful settlements.
  • Manage post-settlement activities, loan discharges, document verification, and related administrative tasks.

Compliance & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records across lending and CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, lender policies, and internal procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

  • Experience within the Australian mortgage, banking, or financial services industry.
