Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time Remote Mortgage Analyst & Processing Specialist to support quote generation, loan packaging, lender portal submissions, and borrower coordination.

The ideal candidate works well independently, takes ownership, is strong with numbers, and thrives in a performance-based environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Run DSCR and hard money lender calculators

• Generate side-by-side quote comparisons

• Submit loans through lender portals

• Pre-underwrite files before submission

• Review borrower documents (LLC docs, bank statements, leases, insurance)

• Calculate DSCR, LTV, ARV, rehab budgets

• Clear conditions and track closing timelines

• Coordinate title, insurance, appraisal, and borrower requests

• Maintain pipeline tracking sheet

Required Skills

• Strong math and financial analysis skills

• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel / Adobe / CRM / Dropbox / Corporate Gmail

• Detail-oriented

• Independent problem solver

• Strong written English

• Comfortable working U.S. hours

Preferred Background (Not customer service)

• Mortgage loan processing (U.S.)

• Financial analyst / credit analyst

• Real estate investor support

• Accounting background
