Role: Mortgage Processor
Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Philippines - Makati
Schedule: Morning shift
Roles And Responsibilities
Sending and responding on emails to customers and follow ups
Contacting customers via phone and email to support them through the journey which will require excellent customer service
Setting up meetings between broker and customer
Working with Broker in gathering document and renaming
Checking documents to ensure all information required is available and correct
Contacting banks broker support teams and BDMs (different scenarios)
Ordering valuations, pricing and credit check
Completing all other tasks (post settlement)
Reviewing financial statements and supporting documents, conducting servicing and scenario research, performing credit analysis, and running borrowing capacity calculators.
Assist brokers in checking deals, policies, and scenarios with banks and lenders
Work closely with brokers to structure loans and identify suitable solutions for clients
Prepare and submit mortgage applications
Qualification And Requirements
Great customer service
Excellent English speaking skills both formally and casually. Need to be able to have a conversation
Ability to connect with people and build strong relationships
Proactive, creative, can think outside the box
High degree of Accuracy and attention to detail
Can complete task within the set deadlines
Experience working with AOL Data Entry, ideally MyCRM
Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements
At least 2+ years experience in the AU Mortgage
Experience working with AOL Data Entry, ideally MyCRM
