What You'll Do

  • Assist customers and Mortgage Loan Originators via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide updates on mortgage applications and loan status
  • Troubleshoot loan-related and technical issues
  • Guide customers through documentation and the mortgage process
  • Collaborate with underwriting, setup, and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with company and industry standards

We're Looking For

  • Customer Service / BPO Experience
  • At least 2 years mortgage experience
  • Excellent communication skills
