What You'll Do
- Review and interpret financial statements to support client assessments and lending decisions
- Assess borrowing capacity and serviceability based on client financial position and lending criteria
- Analyse credit reports and supporting documents prior to submission
- Prepare and maintain accurate, compliant loan files with complete and high-quality data
- Input and validate client data in Quickli and CRM systems to support structuring and application workflows
- Support portfolio reviews and refinancing opportunities based on client position and market comparison
- Coordinate with the Managing Director and manage ad hoc tasks, including client setups, lead handling, and process improvements
Key Criteria
- At least years experience in Australian mortgage broking or banking
- Strong ability to interpret financial reports, tax documents, and income structures
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting self‑employed or complex client scenarios
- Comfortable working independently while managing deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced or familiar with MyCRM, FileInvite, ApplyOnline, LoanApp, Quickli, OneDrive, Adobe, Cotality, ClickUp, and Zapier.
Work Setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00 am – 3:00 pm / 7:00 A am - 4:00 pm pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) after a 6-month probation (full-time onsite)
