REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Laws relating to land titles and deeds; obligations and contracts
- Jurisprudence relating to housing and corporate financing
- Loans and mortgage examination

Scope Of Work
- Review of loan and mortgage documents under the CMP as to their validity, legality, enforceability, and acceptability based on the CMP policies and guidelines
- Provides assistance in the resolution of legal issues regarding loan documents specifically collateral and ownership of the property
- Coordinates with other government agencies on issues regarding loan documents, stakeholders, and in securing documentary requirements (with Registry of Deeds, BIR, DENR, LRA, Local Government Unit)
- Capacitates CAs/CMP-Ms thru conduct of orientation on CMP programs, policies, and processes for lot acquisition, site development and house construction loan
- Assists CA/CMP-M in completion of full requirements in compliance to legal findings
- Reviews compliance to findings
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
