We are seeking a full-time Mortgage Broking Virtual Assistant to join our team on-site in Cebu. The role involves supporting our mortgage broking operations by conducting loan processing tasks, managing client documentation, coordinating with lenders, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role will require handling customer inquiries, providing administrative support to brokers, and ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.

• Experience in Mortgage Brokering support, loan processing, and documentation management
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities for handling client inquiries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks
• Customer service orientation and ability to provide professional, client-focused interactions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the mortgage or finance industry is a plus
