What You'll Do

  • Review and interpret financial statements (tax returns, P&L, balance sheets) to support complex lending assessments
  • Assess borrowing capacity and serviceability, particularly for self-employed and high-net-worth clients
  • Analyse credit reports and supporting documentation to ensure submission readiness
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality, lender-ready loan files with complete and accurate data
  • Input and validate client data in Quickli and CRM systems to support structuring and application workflows
  • Support refinancing and portfolio review opportunities based on client position and market comparison
  • Work closely with the Managing Director on file structuring, client setups, and process improvements to enhance turnaround time and efficiency

Key Criteria


  • At least 3 years experience in Australian mortgage broking or banking
  • Strong ability to interpret financial statements, tax returns, and complex income structures (self-employed, multi-entity)
  • Proven experience supporting non-standard or complex lending scenarios
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to work independently with accountability for end-to-end file quality and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced or familiar with MyCRM, FileInvite, ApplyOnline, LoanApp, Quickli, OneDrive, Adobe, Cotality, ClickUp, and Zapier.

Work Setup


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00 am – 3:00 pm / 7:00 A am - 4:00 pm pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) after a 6-month probation (full-time onsite)
