With HR employee relations is a plus but not required
Conversation to Good english communication skills
Good in english written
Organized & Self-driven
Willing to work on shifting schedules or graveyard shifts
Roles and Responsibilities
Check records on time tracking tool for webshots, screenshot, and mouse monitoring
Organize and document incident reports
Sends follow-up emails for any eccentric webshots and screenshots
Prepares various reports related to monitoring
Sends report updates on attendance monitoring
Make some calls to follow-up related to attendance
Updates database for independent contractor records
Updates schedules of contractors
Timekeeping
