JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of transactions of the Domestic Treasury Operations Department.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Checks details inputted in Opics Plus pertaining to Special Deposit Account (SDA)
- Confirms the following information with the Treasury Operations Dept. of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas: Principal Amount, Rate, Term, Gross Interest Amount., Withholding Tax Amount/GRT, Maturity Date, Maturity Amount
- Responsible for the preparation of manual instruction to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas for the pretermination of Special Deposit Account, as instructed by Treasury Division
- Tallies the checks received against list of clients received from broker
- Scans the documents (e.g. Manager's Check, Debit Memo, Check Voucher, etc.) for file reference and forwards them to the Dept. Head for further checking
- Receives the acknowledgement copies of the vouchers and scans them for file reference. Forwards the documents to Section Head for review
- With the implementation by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas of a new system for Repurchase Agreement and Reverse Repurchase Agreement transactions, whereby Treasury directly inputs their deal in BSP's E-Trading system, confirmation via phone is no longer done by DTOD with BSP's Treasury Operations
- DTOD processor checks deal inputted in OPICS Plus against deal ticket forwarded by Liquidity and Asset Liability Management Division (LALMD).
- Monitors the actual debit from the Bank's Demand Deposit Account (DDA) via PhilPaSS Participant Browser (PPB)
- Prints a copy of the statement and forwards to DTOD Officer for verification
- Prepares the Volume of Transaction Report of the Department on a monthly basis and forwards it to the Department Head for approval
- Prepares Manager's checks for payment of various fees
- Act as the alternate of FI/IBCL Processor if the need arises
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Department or Division Head from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be an Accountancy/Financial Management Graduate. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
