Job Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Monday.com Systems Architect to take ownership of their company's CRM system. This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep expertise in Monday.com platform development, automation, workflows, and ongoing system management. You'll be working directly with the Marketing & Operations Manager to transition the CRM build from an external agency, complete the setup, and maintain/optimize the system as the business scales.

Our client is the leading swimming pool construction company based in Northern Rivers, NSW, Australia, specializing in concrete, fibreglass, and precast pools for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

  • Monday.com Development & Setup: Complete and refine Monday.com CRM build; design and implement boards, dashboards, and views tailored to sales and operations workflows; create custom automations and integrations (Aircall, PandaDoc, email, etc.).
  • CRM Management & Maintenance: Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting; train team members; optimize workflows based on feedback; monitor system performance and document processes/system architecture.
  • Process & Workflow Design: Collaborate with leadership to understand requirements; design efficient workflows; identify bottlenecks and ensure data integrity across the CRM.

Requirements

  • Expert-level Monday.com experience (3+ years minimum).
  • Proven track record building Monday.com systems from scratch or taking over partial builds.
  • Deep knowledge of Monday.com automations, integrations, and API capabilities, including campaigns.
  • Experience managing CRM systems for sales and operations teams.
  • Strong understanding of business process design and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently as a proactive self-starter.
  • Available to overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) for meetings.

Nice-to-have

  • PandaDoc experience (proposals, quotes, document automation, mapping of variables).
  • Experience in construction, trades, or project-based industries.
  • Familiarity with Aircall, Google Workspace, and data migration/system transitions.
  • AI integration experience – connecting AI assistants, automation tools, or LLM-based workflows to business systems (e.g., OpenClaw).
  • Experience building custom integrations or APIs to enable AI-to-CRM communication.
