We are looking for a
Monday.com Developer/Manager to join our team and optimize our project management processes. This role requires expertise in refining workflows, integrating subcontractor collaboration systems, and creating user-friendly dashboards. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize and Enhance Workflows:
- Refine current workflows using tools like Lucidchart (or similar software)
- Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions
- Comprehensive Workflow Management:
- Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle
- Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes
- Facilitate Cross-Party Communication:
- Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties
- Subcontractor Collaboration System:
- Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms
- Dashboard Development:
- Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information
- Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users
- Team Onboarding and Training:
- Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption
- Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration:
- Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization
- Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in workflow optimization and Monday.com development
- Familiarity with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems
