The Modern Workplace Lead is responsible for driving the integration of technology and practice, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement to enable hybrid, collaborative, and secure work environments. This role bridges digital workplace and employee experience, ensuring that digital tools and modern work practices align with organizational goals.
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE
Delivery:
- Define and execute the organization's modern workplace strategy, aligning technology with business objectives.
- Act as a thought leader on workplace transformation, championing innovation and employee-centric practices.
- Collaborate with HR, Facilities, and Business Units to integrate technology with workplace culture and policies.
Governance:
- Lead deployment and adoption of collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Ensure seamless integration of productivity tools, cloud services, and mobile solutions.
- Oversee platform governance, compliance, and security frameworks for workplace end-user technologies
Documentation & Standards:
- Drive user adoption through training, communication, and support programs
- Promote digital literacy and modern work practices across the organization
- Monitor usage analytics through the creation of dashboards to monitor license
