Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales or enterprise-level, account management is highly preferred.
Has atleast 2-3 relevant trainings
Knows how to drive 4 wheels vehicle and with driver's license
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Can work independently.

Main Tasks

Oversees smooth operations of the department across all accounts
Conducts Business review with respective accounts
Maintains long-term strategic relationship with key clients, especially the volume accounts
Monitors each account in terms of product forecast, offtake, merchandising materials and incremental sales
Develops new and existing accounts; negotiates new accounts in terms of pricing, delivery and collection
Monitors collectibles and schedules wuth Supermarket Account Executive those due for collection
Closely monitors team compliance protocols of accounts to avoid imposition of charges and penalties including inventory management
Manages performance and disciplinary actions of subordinates
performs other tasks as maybe assigned by Immediate superior
