Work Setup
- 8 hours per day
- 5 days per week (rota-based schedule)
- Flexibility required (some non-traditional hours may be needed)
- Live shows run for 12–14 hours daily
Key Responsibilities
- Moderate live shows from start to finish
- Build and manage shows using the live show system
- Handle comments, questions, and audience engagement during live sessions
- Provide customer support as needed
- Manage and update product listings on Shopify
- Escalate any issues to the Live Show Manager (UK-based)
- Engage and manage the WhatsApp community
What We're Looking For
- Strong English communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems (e.g., Shopify, spreadsheets, email tools)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- A proactive problem-solver with a forward-thinking mindset
- Positive attitude with a can-do approach
- Flexible and adaptable to a rotating schedule
