Job Description

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upgrade or retrofit existing elevator and escalator systems.
  • Conduct site surveys and recommend technical solutions aligned with safety and compliance standards.
  • Prepare and present modernization proposals to building owners and property managers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, scheduling, and smooth project execution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in business development or technical sales within the elevator industry
  • Engineering graduates are preferred, particularly those with a background in Mechanical Engineering
  • Residency near assigned area of coverage is preferred for ease of mobility and fieldwork
