MOC Planning Engineer

WE'RE HIRING: MES Planning Engineer

Location: Pasay City, Philippines

Aviation Partnership Philippines is looking for a highly capable and business-oriented MOC Planning Engineerto join our team and provide strategic legal support across the organization.

The responsibilities of an MOC Planning Engineer are outlined but not limited to the following:

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on maintenance plans and resource requirements
• Review manpower, materials, and machine availability for workload packages
• Generate weekly and monthly KPI reports to monitor compliance and performance
• Consolidate and schedule maintenance activities in accordance with the fleet plan
• Perform post-check analysis of workload execution to identify lessons learned
• Review customer fleet expansion plans and integrate into resource forecasts
• Ensure compliance with MOC responsibilities and safety mandates
• Perform other duties as assigned by the MOC Supervisor

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Avionics, or related field
• At least 2 years of planning engineering experience
• Completion of mandatory training stipulated in the Aircraft Planning Manual (APM)
• Training in aircraft type rating/general familiarization, leadership, SMS Level 1, HFEM, and AMOS
• Ongoing professional development encouraged (e.g., project management, advanced planning courses)
