Role Description

This is a temporary, on-site role for a Mobile Technician/Customer Service Representative based in Quezon City. The responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, conducting preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and educating customers regarding device care. The candidate will also work collaboratively with team members to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to address customer needs and deliver a positive experience
  • Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting of mobile devices
  • Experience with Preventive Maintenance and offering Training in device care
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in customer service or mobile maintenance is preferred
  • Technical certification or training in electronics or mobile repair is an advantage
