We are building a friendly, intuitive digital calendar designed to help busy households stay organized — and at the heart of it is a custom Android tablet that lives on the family's wall or kitchen counter.

This is not just another phone app: you'll be designing a glanceable, always-on, shared-device experience used by the whole household, alongside companion apps for iOS and Android phones.

We are looking for an exceptional Product Designer to own the end-to-end UX/UI across all three surfaces. If you love mapping user journeys, crafting polished UI, and creating delightful, human-centered experiences, we want to hear from you!

• Design for Our Custom Tablet: Lead the UX/UI for our flagship Android tablet — a shared, ambient household display. Think glanceable layouts, at-a-distance readability, and multi-user interactions.
• Own the Cross-Platform Design: Design end-to-end mobile experiences in Figma, from wireframes and user flows to polished, production-ready UI across iOS, Android phones, and tablet.
• Build & Iterate: Map clear user journeys, create interactive prototypes, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with product and engineering teams to ship high-quality features.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold accessibility and platform conventions for both iOS and Android, contributing to a scalable design system.

• A strong portfolio showcasing consumer mobile apps (iOS & Android).
• Expert-level Figma skills.
• Deep understanding of iOS/Android design guidelines, with experience adapting layouts across phone and tablet form factors.
• Sharp visual design skills, strong product thinking, and excellent communication.
• Ability to work 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Pacific Time (4:00 AM – 12:00 PM PH time) for overlap with our US team.

• Experience designing for shared or ambient displays (smart home devices, kiosks, TV interfaces).
• Experience building or contributing to design systems.
• Motion design or micro-interaction skills.
• Light user research experience.
