Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using modern frameworks and tools (e.g., Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin).
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and ministry stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical requirements and ministry objectives.
Implement API integrations, manage data synchronization, and ensure app performance and reliability.
Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization to deliver secure, high-performing mobile apps.
Publish and maintain apps in Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Monitor and analyze app analytics to improve user engagement and functionality.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for mobile systems and processes.
Ensure mobile applications align with CCF's digital strategy, data security, and branding standards.
Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in mobile app development (Android and/or iOS).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Firebase, and mobile UI/UX principles
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
Familiarity with push notifications, app analytics, and security best practices
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
