Join EVRO and help shape the future of electric mobility in the Philippines. We're looking for a Mobile Developer who is passionate about building high-quality mobile applications that deliver seamless digital experiences for EV users. You'll work alongside product managers, backend engineers, and QA teams to develop new features, optimize app performance, and continuously improve the EVRO mobile platform.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter or React Native
- Build and deploy new customer-facing features aligned with the product roadmap
- Integrate RESTful APIs and optimize API usage to improve app performance and reduce backend costs
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure a reliable user experience
- Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, and QA teams throughout Agile sprint cycles
- Implement analytics SDKs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Firebase, or similar) to support user behavior tracking
- Optimize application responsiveness, scalability, and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployment processes
- Monitor application stability and contribute to continuous improvements in reliability and performance
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in mobile application development
- Strong experience with Flutter or React Native
- Experience integrating REST APIs and optimizing mobile application performance
- Knowledge of Git version control and mobile CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
- Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store is an advantage
Nice to Have
- Experience with analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase Analytics, or similar SDKs
- Familiarity with app monetization models and digital platform development
- Exposure to EV, mobility, or fintech applications is a plus
