MIS Reports Team Leader

Educational Requirement:

Completed any Bachelor's Degree

Relevant Experience:

• Strong experience in MIS and BPO/ Shared Service Industry
• Experience in generating and analyzing operational/ performance/SLA reports and dashboards
• Intermediate/ Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Excel/ Excel Macro/ VB Macro scripting
• Basic Understanding in SQL Scripting is preferred
• Knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint for Report Creation
• Basic Understanding in SQL Services (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) is preferred
• Basic Understanding in Power BI, Tableau and other Data Visualization tools is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage people/subordinates
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Skilled in Power BI, Tableau and other Reporting Tools
• Skilled in SQL Services Expert (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
