Job Summary

  • The MIS & Planning Officer's job is to create an information network system for the utilization of Management as well as the different units in SMEBG in evaluating the performance of its line officers.

How will you contribute

  • Evaluates and analyzes the monthly financial performance of Relationship Managers and Responsibility Centers in relation to plans and revenue targets as mandated by
  • Management.
  • Reviews and analyzes profit centers performance assesses the achievement of sales/revenue goals and growth targets versus actual identify areas needing attention and recommend appropriate strategies and courses of actions.
  • Conceptualizes and implements appropriate performance measurement systems in line with the overall strategy.
  • Implements an efficient and effective process for collecting, organizing, analyzing, evaluating, and distributing relevant, timely, and accurate internal and external data needed for formulating marketing/sales strategies and action plans.
  • Assists the Relationship Managers, Lending Center Heads and Division Heads of SMEBG by providing data and statistics needed in formulating short and long-term
  • strategies and action plans.
  • Work closely with the Department and Division Head in overseeing and monitoring the
  • business unit's adherence to the business plan via simulation and variance analysis.
  • Handles the formulation of annual budget for Revenue, Operating Expenses and Capital
  • Expenditures of the Group.
  • Responsible in the allocation of annual budget for Operating Expenses and Capital
  • Expenditures and ensures prudent utilization.
  • Controls the usage of centralized budgets lodged under Group Head's RC.
  • Coordinates with MIS regarding BUF/CASA/LOANS issues as well as account tagging
  • requests of all Lending Centers.
  • Handles management report requirements from other units such as Corplan, FAMD,
  • CMG relative to the SMEBG portfolio i.e. industry exposure, new accounts, gender
  • financing, etc.
  • Facilitates monthly/annual Budget Planning of SMEBG.
  • Determines and coordinates all training requirements of SMEBG associates as budget
  • for the year.

What will make you successful

  • Graduate of any business or finance course.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in banking
  • With proven knowledge of bank products and MIS
  • Skilled in planning and analysis of reports
